Hey FEASTers,

Here is more info that was sent to me:

WHAT IS KOMBUCHA?

Kombucha is a fermented tea that has been used in China for medicinal purposes as early as the 19th century. When Kombucha is thoroughly and correctly fermented, it consists of acetic acid, carbonic acid, vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, B15, various beneficial enzymes and essential amino acids, folic acid, gluconic acid and lactic acid, as well as usnic acid—a natural product of fermentation, suppressing development of micro-organisms not belonging to the Kombucha culture.
